How to Use an Electronic Cigarette

An electronic cigarette is not identical to its analog counterpart based on how you use it. With an analog cigarette, your puffing dictates how much smoke will come out. While on an electronic cigarette (with a manual model with a button), the longer you press the button to activate the atomizer dictates how much vapor will be produced. Also, you don’t need to suck that hard to achieve a mouthful of vapor. Slowly draw and practice. Your preference will build up the longer you use your electronic cigarette.

Once you break in your atomizer (have it activated a few times), the true flavor comes out. One you taste a shallow hint of the flavors compared to the previous draws that you made or it starts to have that burnt taste, it’s time to drop a few more e-juice on the atomizer.

One of the advantages of having an electronic cigarette is that you don’t need to finish it in one session. You can have 3-5 draws and leave it on your table or back in your pocket. That’s almost equivalent to half of a cigarette break and that’s basically the only amount of nicotine a person needs to get a fix. No need to waste money on half a stick of cigarette or force yourself to finish one. Switch to a healthier and safer alternative. Give electronic cigarettes a try and see for yourself.

Here’s a video I embedded from Youtube to help you with using an electronic cigarette. They may be using a different models but the idea is still the same. Short draws and don’t be in a rush. Enjoy the taste and aroma of every draw.

“In this video is Shawn who was  a smoker for 20 years who successfully shifted to electronic cigarettes. He describes his experience regarding both his health and how to use an electronic cigarette.”

I like the way Chris Boden from from TheGeekGroup as he describes cartridges are for amateurs and direct dripping is for hackers. Not that cartridges are uncool or anything. People still use them for convenience and when they travel. It’s like an extra sandwich in your backpack when you’re going cross country. Here’s his version of the video on direct dripping.
